Heath's Fiesta RSVP collects the minimum needed to run the guest list, handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Your mobile number

We use your mobile number once, to text you a one-time verification code so only you can RSVP as you. We never store your raw number — it is kept only as a one-way salted hash, which lets us stop duplicate RSVPs without the database ever holding a number anyone could read or dial. Your number is never shown to other guests and never shared.

What's public

Only your chosen nickname and the total guest count are visible to others. No names, numbers, or contact details are published.

SMS

Verification codes are sent via Twilio solely to confirm your RSVP. Standard carrier rates may apply.
